EXCHANGE
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your package at canitt.official@gmail.com. Exchange items can be sent to us by post at CANITT Headquarters, or returned in person at our CANITT stores in Siam Paragon and The Emporium. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with the tag attached, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns for sale items. CANITT reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
